We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at dfwhaircare@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Retail Customers
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50.00
Must purchase $50 or more worth of merchandise after any discounts are applied. Taxes and/or shipping charges do not count towards $50 minimum.
Valid on domestic economy shipping within U.S. only.
Free Shipping is not valid on deliveries to international destinations, U.S. territories and APO/FPO.
RESTRICTED ITEMS
Air shipments will not be permitted for aerosols, and can only be shipped by ground shipments, for the state of California. All shipments are restricted to The United States (U.S.) only.
SWIFT SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has completed processing, shipping times will begin. When placing your order, please account for the aforementioned processing times, in additional to any federally recognized holidays and/or weekends.
Free Insurance and Free Delivery Confirmation are included with each shipped package. Once shipped, delivery of U.S. package(s) should occur within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping service level you select.
Shipping times are an estimate & may be subject to delays on the part of the courier. DFW Haircare is not responsible for delayed shipping on the part of the courier and is unable to provide full or partial refunds for shipping that is due to an error or delay on the courier's part.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering.
If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at dfwhaircare@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created.
Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.
RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If a package is returned to DFW Haircare due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if USPS required the customer to be home at the time of delivery and the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of DFW Haircare to reship the package back to them, as well as, any additional delivery cost.
DFW Haircare is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Wholesale Customers
FREE SHIPPING OVER $100 WITHIN DALLAS-FORT WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA
All Wholesale orders shipping to the DFW Motorplex address receive free shipping when your shopping cart equals $100 or more.
SHIPMENT TIMELINE
Orders that are submitted Tuesday after 12:00pm through Thursday before 12:00pm, will be shipped out on that Thursday. Orders submitted on Thursday after 12:00pm through Tuesday by 12:00pm, will be shipped out on that Tuesday.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping option: Pricing on shipment orders will be determined by weight and destination. There will be no back orders.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, orders that total $100.00 or more, will not receive a delivery fee. Orders that are below $100.00, will be charged a flat rate fee of $5. Deliver days for the Dallas/Fort Worth area, are Thursday and Saturday.
