How do I register as a licensed professional stylist?
Go to licensed professional and login. Scroll to the bottom and create an account. Once you have completed the form, you will receive confirmation in 24 hours, or you can expedite the process, by calling Ben Adams @ (214) 727- 6068.
I forgot my password.
When signing in with an email address, underneath there’s a link that says “Forgot my Password” click on that link.
Where do I find the “Afterpay” feature?
Once you’ve checked out, it will send you to “Payment Method”. Scroll down to where it says “continue to shipping”. Once there, on the next page, you should see the “Afterpay” feature.
What if I don’t see the product I am looking for?
Answer: Go to the search bar, and type in the name of the product you’re looking for, and it should come up.
How soon is my order shipped out?
Answer: Orders submitted Monday through Thursday, by noon, central time, will be shipped out the same day, unless items in the order are not in stock.
Once I’ve selected my items, how long will they remain in my cart, in case I need to add other items at a later date?
They will remain there until you complete the purchase of your order, or you remove them from your cart.
How do I logout once I’m finished?
Go to the bottom of the page and press the back arrow. You then should see the
logout at the top. Click on it and it will log you out.
Can I view my previous order?
Yes you can by accessing your email. An invoice is sent to your email with a complete view of your entire order.
How do I receive a refund?
You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed.
In the process of shipping, if some of my items are damaged or missing, whom should I contact?

As a licensed professional stylist, can I use the website to purchase retail items as well as professional items?
Yes you can. However, to ensure that you are not paying the retail price, but the
licensed professional stylist price, make sure you are purchasing your retail items under the category “PROFESSIONAL SHOP.”
Can I separate an order and ship to two different locations?
This is possible, but must be authorized by DFWhaircare.
How are shipping fees determined?
Shipping is determined based on weight and location. However if your order purchase is $150 or more, your shipping is free. There are exceptions to certain states. Example: California.
